PRIZES

An iHeartRadio Music Festival prize for Two (2) Prize Winner shall receive a four-day, three-night trip for the Winner and one (1) Guest to Las Vegas, Nevada, to attend the next-occurring iHeartRadio Music Festival and includes:

a) Round-trip coach airfare for up to two (2) people from any U.S. international airport, within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), to Harry Reid International Airport (inclusive of all associated security fees, taxes and surcharges);

b) Ground transfers between Harry Reid International Airport and the destination hotel;

c) Accommodations of one (1) room for three (3) nights (double occupancy, room and room tax only);

d) Two (2) tickets to the iHeartRadio Music Festival;

e) VIP seats at the iHeartRadio Music Festival;

f) Dedicated on-site concierge during the iHeartRadio Music Festival;

g) Money-can't-buy experiences which may include artist or celebrity meet and greets, exclusive soundcheck viewing, venue tours, and side of stage visit during artist performances (all subject to availability); and

h) Spending money for the VIP Prize Winner, in an amount bringing the total prize value to ten thousand dollars ($10,000) after federal tax withholding is paid, to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date.

An iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina prize for Two (2) Prize Winner shall receive a four-day (4), three-night (3) trip for the winner and one (1) guest Orlando, Florida, to attend the next-occurring iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina and includes:

a) Round-trip coach airfare for up to two (2) people from any U.S. international airport, within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), to Orlando International Airport (inclusive of all associated security fees, taxes and surcharges);

b) Ground transfers between Orlando International Airport and the destination hotel;

c) Accommodations of one (1) room for three (3) nights (double occupancy, room and room tax only);

d) Two (2) tickets to the iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina;

e) VIP seats at the iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina;

f) Dedicated on-site concierge during the iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina;

g) Money-can't-buy experiences which may include artist or celebrity meet and greets, exclusive soundcheck viewing, venue tours, and side of stage visit during artist performances (all subject to availability); and

h) Spending money for the VIP Prize Winner, in an amount bringing the total prize value to ten thousand dollars ($10,000) after federal tax withholding is paid, to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date.

An iHeartRadio Jingle Ball prize for Two (2) Prize Winner shall receive a four-day (4), three-night (3) trip for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the next-occurring iHeartRadio Jingle Ball in the city of their choice, and includes:

a) Round-trip coach airfare for up to two (2) people from any U.S. international airport, within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), to the airport closest to the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball location of the winner's choice;

b) Ground transfers between the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball city's airport and the destination hotel;

c) In the event that the VIP Prize Winner opts to attend the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball in the state of Texas, the winner shall receive five hundred dollars ($500) travel allowance per person in the travelling party, for a total of one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be provided to the VIP Prize Winner two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date;

d) Accommodations of one (1) room for three (3) nights (double occupancy, room and room tax only);

e) Two (2) tickets to iHeartRadio Jingle Ball;

f) VIP seats at the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball;

g) Dedicated on-site concierge during the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball;

h) Money-can't-buy experiences which may include artist or celebrity meet and greets, exclusive soundcheck viewing, venue tours, and side of stage visit during artist performances (all subject to availability); and

i) Spending money for the VIP Prize Winner, in an amount bringing the total prize value to ten thousand dollars ($10,000) after federal tax withholding is paid, to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date.

An iHeartRadio ALTer EGO prize for Two (2) Prize Winner shall receive a four-day (4), three-night (3) trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California, to attend the next-occurring iHeartRadio ALTer EGO and includes:

a) Round-trip coach airfare for up to two (2) people from any U.S. international airport, within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), to Los Angeles International Airport (inclusive of all associated security fees, taxes and surcharges);

b) Ground transfers between Los Angeles International Airport and the destination hotel;

c) Accommodations of one (1) room for three (3) nights (double occupancy, room and room tax only);

d) Two (2) tickets to iHeartRadio ALTer EGO;

e) VIP seats at iHeartRadio ALTer EGO;

f) Dedicated on-site concierge during iHeartRadio ALTer EGO;

g) Money-can't-buy experiences which may include artist or celebrity meet and greets, exclusive soundcheck viewing, venue tours, and side of stage visit during artist performances (all subject to availability); and

An iHeartRadio Music Awards prize for Two (2) Prize Winner shall receive a four-day (4), three-night (3) trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California, to attend the next-occurring iHeartRadio Music Awards and includes:

a) Round-trip coach airfare for up to two (2) people from any U.S. international airport, within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), to Los Angeles International Airport (inclusive of all associated security fees, taxes and surcharges);

b) Ground transfers between Los Angeles International Airport and the destination hotel;

c) Accommodations of one (1) room for three (3) nights (double occupancy, room and room tax only);

d) Two (2) tickets to the iHeartRadio Music Awards; VIP seats at the iHeartRadio Music Awards;

e) Dedicated on-site concierge during the iHeartRadio Music Awards;

f) Money-can't-buy experiences which may include artist or celebrity meet and greets, exclusive soundcheck viewing, venue tours, and side of stage visit during artist performances (all subject to availability); and

g) Spending money for the VIP Prize Winner, in an amount bringing the total prize value to ten thousand dollars ($10,000) after federal tax withholding is paid, to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date.

An iHeartCountry Festival prize for Two (2) prize winner shall receive a four-day (4), three-night (3) trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Austin, Texas, to attend the next-occurring iHeartCountry Festival and includes:

a) Airfare and ground transfers are not arranged by the Company or TLC for this prize. The VIP Prize Winner shall receive five hundred dollars ($500) travel allowance per person in the travelling party, for a total of one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be provided to the VIP Prize Winner two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date;

b) Accommodations of one (1) room for three (3) nights (double occupancy, room and room tax only);

c) Two (2) tickets to the iHeartCountry Festival;

d) VIP seats at the iHeartCountry Festival;

e) Dedicated on-site concierge during the iHeartCountry Festival;

f) Money-can't-buy experiences which may include artist or celebrity meet and greets, exclusive soundcheck viewing, venue tours, and side of stage visit during artist performances (all subject to availability); and

g) Spending money for the VIP Prize Winner, in an amount bringing the total prize value to ten thousand dollars ($10,000) after federal tax withholding is paid, to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date.

h) VIP Prize Winners who choose this trip are not eligible to participate in the $10 Million Cash Blitz Challenge, unless that winner is also chosen as a $10 Million Cash Blitz Challenge Prize winner in a separate drawing.

An iHeartRadio Wango Tango prize for Two (2) Prize Winner shall receive a four-day (4), three-night (3) trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California, to attend the next-occurring iHeartRadio Wango Tango and includes:

a) Round-trip coach airfare for up to two (2) people from any U.S. international airport, within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), to Los Angeles International Airport (inclusive of all associated security fees, taxes and surcharges);

b) Ground transfers between Los Angeles International Airport and the destination hotel;

c) Accommodations of one (1) room for three (3) nights (double occupancy, room and room tax only);

d) Two (2) tickets to iHeartRadio Wango Tango;

e) VIP seats at iHeartRadio Wango Tango;

f) Dedicated on-site concierge during iHeartRadio Wango Tango;

g) Money-can't-buy experiences which may include artist or celebrity meet and greets, exclusive soundcheck viewing, venue tours, and side of stage visit during artist performances (all subject to availability); and

h) Spending money for the VIP Prize Winner, in an amount bringing the total prize value to ten thousand dollars ($10,000) after federal tax withholding is paid, to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date.

In lieu of choosing a trip prize, a VIP Prize Winner may choose a ten-thousand-dollar ($10,000) cash prize. If the cash prize is selected, the prize winner shall receive a check for ten thousand dollars ($10,000), after federal tax withholding is paid, within twenty-eight (28) days of the cash prize selection.
